Kip Wotanowicz, National Culinary Director

Kip joined Lucky Strike in 2005 as a Corporate Chef and has worked in Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia and Boston. He now serves as the National Culinary Director and is responsible for managing chefs and developing recipes and menus for all of the Lucky Strike locations, as well as creating customized menus for numerous special events.

Prior to joining the company, Kip was the Executive Chef at Jillian’s in Colorado for four years. Previously, he was the Executive Chef at Mattie’s House of Mirrors in Denver, where he garnered accolades in Food & Wine Magazine, Westword Magazine and 4 ½ stars from the Rocky Mountain News.

At the age of 21, he was named Executive Chef of Café Chardonnay, a fine dining establishment in Palm Beach, Florida, which received the DiRoNa Award (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) for two consecutive years, as well as “Best New American Food” recognition in the Zagat Guide for Palm Beach.

Kip began his culinary career when he was 15, at a small local restaurant in Jupiter, Florida. He also studied in Belgium and later attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
