  • Tequila Rain First Floor

    Tequila Rain is a full-service bar, restaurant and nightclub that features a savory Southwestern- infused cuisine. With three distinct areas that flow seamlessly into one another, you can easily host any event here, from an intimate gathering to an expansive party.

    High-banked circular booths throughout make great spots for mini-meetings, while the 2 long bars offer ample opportunity to serve the needs of your guests. The décor is kept simple and clean, making it comfortable to work with as-is, or easy to transform it into something all your own.

  • Jillian’s Billiards Second Floor

    Jillian’s Billiards is Boston’s preeminent upscale billiards facility with plenty of chances to play. The floor features over 24 tournament caliber pool tables, private and semi-private spaces, 6 bowling lanes, table tennis, foosball, a quadruple high definition video wall and 12 plasma screens.

    When not lost in the heat of competition, there is ample space for lounging on the stress-reducing comfort of our extra soft sofas or selecting a stool at our unique oblong bar.

    Jillian’s is a great spot to call your shots, be it with your guests, on the lanes, tables or at the bar.

  • Lucky Strike Lanes Third Floor

    The centerpiece of Lucky Strike Lanes 25,000 square feet of space are the 16 pristine bowling lanes lit up in colorful lights and highlighted by a headboard 80′ by 10′ video wall, easily customized to your presentation requirements.

    With a bar on the far left flanked by a mosaic of hi-def and plasma screens catching all the days sports action, Lucky Strike can serve up food for nearly any size crowd.

    Plus, with two optional private rooms for buffet service, or gaming on 12 pool tables, Lucky Strike has the perfect combo of space and activities to create a real crowd pleaser.

    Private Lane reservations made only for groups reserving private or semi-private space. Groups must also order from the catering buffet options based on final head count.

    Lucky Strike has the perfect combo of space and activities to create a real crowd pleaser. Groups must order from the catering buffet options based on final head count.

    $3,500/hour*
    Includes:
    16 lanes of bowling, shoe rental, 13 pool tables, private roof deck,
    3 private bars and AV capabilities
    Audio/Visual:
    Eight  12′x 9′ video screens located at the end of the lanes
    Three 12′ HD projection screens over the main bar
    Eighteen 34″ plasma screens over the main bar
    Sixteen  42″ plasma screens (one screen over each lane for scoring)
